Two lengthy tracks of blackgaze / atmospheric black metal that also incorporates elements of post-rock, the whole echoing the band's first release, Rays of Brilliance and it's searing, hypnotic effect on the listener. This really is all about the atmosphere - and what an atmosphere it is. This is great stuff, so far removed from the endless conveyor of copycat tediousness that the atmo-black community is becoming, that it may well be a completely different beast altogether.
Favorite track: Those Who Dwell in the Spiral Dark.
